OH&S Policy

Master Menders is committed to the health and safety of our staff, contractors, clients, and the public. We aim to:

  • Maintain a safe working environment

  • Implement safety procedures for all staff, contractors, and the public

  • Ensure plant and equipment meet OH&S standards

  • Comply with Victorian legislation and safety regulations

We encourage personnel to apply safety management techniques in planning, implementing, and reviewing operations. Supervisors are authorised to implement, assess, and manage risk control measures for all jobs.

Site Access Policy:

All construction workers must hold a valid White Card to access the site, as required by Victorian OH&S legislation.

No unauthorised personnel are allowed onsite. Supervisors/onsite managers ensure all personnel and visitors are inducted and follow approved operating practices, procedures, and rules.

This is achieved by:

  • A work group ensuring OH&S policies are updated and implemented

  • Staff taking responsibility for safe working conditions

  • Contractors adhering to approved procedures and regulations

  • Regular updates on OH&S via staff meetings and newsletters
